GUEST RELATIONS MANAGER
FULLTIME (38 hours a week)

We are looking for an energetic and hospitable, new family member to join our Guest Relations department full time.

WHAT WE ASK OF YOU
- Raising the special Banks Mansion hospitality level by providing personalized service to our guests;
- Checking in and out of our guests;
- Being the hub of the organization;
- Share your extensive knowledge of Amsterdam to our guests;
- Being a buddy for our interns;
- Administrative tasks of the front office;
PREFERABLY YOU ARE
- In possession of an MBO- and/or HBO diploma;
- 1-2 years experience in managing in the hospitality;
- Communicative skills in both Dutch and English;
- Available on weekends;
- Flexibly employable;
- Driven to grow and develop yourself within Carlton.

If we had to describe ourselves in traditional terms, we are a luxury 4-star boutique hotel on the Herengracht in the heart of Amsterdam. But at Banks, we don't really like labels.
